Who can enter?

This giveaway is aimed and individuals in and around Epsom as that's where the prize will be redeemed. Anyone can enter this giveaway but the recipient of the prize will need to be over 18.

Where do I take the test?

As this is quite a comprehensive test, we'll need a venous samples (blood drawn from the arm) so you'll need to visit our clinic on the Stoneleigh Broadway in Epsom. We'll liaise directly with you to book an appointment at your convenience.

How will I be contacted if I win?

As soon as the winner is selected, the winner will notify the winner via email and SMS. If we don't hear back we'll make sure to call so you don't miss out on claiming your prize.
